Job Description

• This position is simply planning and controlling all the supply-chain and sales issues under the supervision of CEO • Providing creative and feasible plans to maximize efficiency in all fields • In close relationship with finance, marketing and sales & distribution departments • Responsible for negotiations and following up with all the parties from suppliers and production lines to distributors • Preparing the production plans and sales targets based on the annual budget plan • Assess the production capability at all times, considering the sales targets (BTO) • Managing the delivery of stock to the distribution channels • Calculating, controlling and analyzing the finished goods costing • Responsible for promoting teamwork • Responsible for delivering the reports to the CEO in a punctual manner

Requirements

• MBA or masters in business related fields from an overseas university is a plus • Minimum 4 years of holding a managerial position is vital • Working as a supply chain or sales manager in the food industry, a multinational or a distribution company is an advantage • Confidant with good communication and negotiation skills • Proactive with a high desire to engage in teamwork • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines • Able to manage multiple projects at once • Desire to join a growing, high achieving team in the food industry
