Job Description

Hakim International School, established in 2017 and located in Tehran, seeks an experienced professional for the Supervisor and Teacher role. This position focuses on leading educational activities and guiding both students and educators within the school environment. The chosen candidate will combine effective teaching strategies with strong leadership skills to enhance the learning experience.

*Responsibilities:
-Lead, manage, and evaluate teaching staff to ensure high educational standards.
-Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum and student needs.
-Provide guidance and support to students to foster their academic growth.
-Coordinate with other educators to create a cohesive learning environment.
-Use computer skills effectively to enhance teaching and administrative duties.
-Organize and participate in school events, workshops, and meetings.
-Ensure compliance with school policies and educational guidelines.

*Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Teaching, or a related field.
-Proven experience in teaching and educational supervision.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Proficiency in computer skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Fluency in Persian and strong understanding of local educational practices.
