Job Description
The Strategy Specialist, this analytical role will execute ongoing and ad hoc analysis and special projects designed to support the ongoing development of the Company’s corporate strategy and ensure the effective functioning of the Company. Main responsibilities Include: - Coordinate formulation of strategies to achieve full interdepartmental collaboration in strategic planning and implementation monitoring and reporting - Coordinate preparation, review and analysis of the Organization’s strategic planning and reporting documents - Coordinate the periodic Strategic & Operational review meeting with leadership team - Coordinate strategy cascading among the business and supportive units - Update and Improve recurrent company-wide executive performance dashboards - Perform complex data analysis to evaluate issues and determine recommendations for business improvements - Develop presentations of analysis results - Establishing and managing an appropriate Information/data gathering mechanism from all groups of the company - Lead, control and monitor of Strategy formulation and Evaluation efforts in the company - Lead, control and monitor of Strategy implementation efforts in the company including continuous performance tracking of strategic indexes and improvement projects and holding quarterly strategic reviews - Lead, control and monitor of Excellence management efforts in the company including choosing the award to attend, forming required committees, close interaction with committees in order to lead them conduct the self assessment process and etc.

- Good knowledge of strategy - Good knowledge of making big picture - Good knowledge of business companies internal and external environment - Strong Interpersonal skills - Analytical thinking - Being responsible and committed - Self motivated and willing to take initiative - Strong critical and creative thinking skills - Ability to identify and assess problems and solutions, refer to applicable policies, identify options, and recommend appropriate courses of action - Ability to organize, interprets, and analyzes large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data. - Able to work well both independently and in teams - Advanced knowledge of and experience with analytical functionality within Microsoft Excel - Advanced experience with developing slide presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint - Excellent Team work and Communication - Education: Minimum. BA/BSc in related fields such as management - Experience: At least 3 years of experience at the related fields in min. 100 employee company - English: Working Knowledge - Ideal Age Range: 24--39 Maximum Age: 45 Key Demographic Requirements - Applicants must be: Based in Tehran
