Job Description

• Helps the CEO and other key decision-makers (a) assess the current state of the organization, its operations and services, internal and external dynamics, and other factors, (b) make forecasts, (c) develop and implement the ways and means to reach it. • Helps the CEO and other key decision-makers to integrate the objectives and activities of major business units and functions to achieve unit/function-specific organizational and programmatic goals in the near-, mid- and long-term. • Proposes and, as approved, implements/refines of an integrated strategic planning process. Helps (a) develop vision and mission statements and define organizational values, (b) analyze internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats (SWOT), (c) establish long-term organizational objectives and strategy to achieve these objectives, and (d) develop supporting action plans and KPIs to track progress. • Develops organizational budgeting plan annually and six-month revising, if needed. • Coaches/Advises and works with key staff throughout the organization to facilitate development of unit-and function-specific strategies. • Monitors business climate, trends in technology and development, and government activity in areas of the company’s current and anticipated product lines. • Holds regular meetings with a community of interest and requesting businesses to evaluate the potential value of an investment in new areas. • Serves as negotiator with third parties for potential partnerships or product acquisitions. • Evaluates the business aspects of product development, and Creates, implements, and refines business models. • Supports the new business development process to draw a contract or MOM. • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• MBA or M.S. / PhD in Industrial Engineering/ Business/ Management • At least 5 Years work experience in ICT industry • Sufficient knowledge of business planning and financial analysis, and strategic planning concepts • Knowledge and experience of implementing BSC concept and linking strategies to operational execution • Primary knowledge in other business and management areas including sales & marketing management, operations and supply chain. management, human resources planning and financial management. • Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication skills • Strong critical and creative thinking skills • Ability to organize, interpret, and analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making • Ability to execute multiple projects, mastering time and work management under time constraints • Able to work well both independently and in teams • Able to effectively communicate in English • Advanced knowledge of and experience with analytical functionality within Microsoft office • Advanced experience with developing presentations
