Job Description
● Participate in strategy formulation.
● Align processes, resources planning, and department goals with the overall strategy.
● Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance.
● Define organization strategy and functional strategy.
● Define indicators and targets related to the strategic purpose (Balance scorecard).
● Plan and expand organization strategies (strategic map).
● Define the operation action plan and required resources for each plan.
● Cooperate in providing whit action plans and controlling all related strategists.
● Design, evaluate, optimize and re-engineer organizational systems and processes.
● Design and implement business intelligence dashboards.
● Prepare periodic analytical reports with the aim of controlling and monitoring the strategic goals of the company.
● Analyze data and prepare analytical and managerial reports to predict key successful factors by using statistical tools.
● Feasibility study about business development plans based on macro strategic goals.
