Job Description

Objective: Supervision & managing all activities related to installation & erection of steel structures for heavy industrial & high rise (over 30 floors) buildings projects. Main responsibilities: - Managing all resources including labor & non-labor. - Coordination between engineering dept. & other involved personnel in case of technical issues. - Assurance of safety in workplace including preparation of HSE plan. - Review & management of sub-orders from contractors. - Maintaining weekly progress meetings with team members & tracking project time schedule in order to meet deadlines. - Maintaining good relationships with clients & all project stakeholders. Reporting to: Managing Director Subordinates: Job site foremen, Subcontractors, HSE officers Other interactions: Other Depts. managers, clients, Municipalities, Transportation companies, Insurance companies Number required: 2 Duration: Permanent position Desired start date: ASAP Probation: 3 Months Working hours: 44 hours per week Travel requirements: Occasional travel within country Gross monthly base salary: To be negotiated Commission / Bonus: Varies, based on candidate performance.
