Job Description

The solutions manager plays a crucial role in Agah company, responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize and manage Products for clients. This role requires a deep understanding of financial technologies, market trends, and a strategic mindset to enhance cash management processes for businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather feedback, assess requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Solutions Development:

  • Analyze market trends, industry regulations, and financial technologies to identify opportunities for product optimization.
  • Develop and implement innovative product solutions that align with client needs and market demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to bring new solutions to market.

Product Enhancement:

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate existing products.
  • Identify areas for improvement and work with the product development team to enhance features and functionalities.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements to ensure the company's solutions remain competitive.

Risk Management:

  • Assess and manage risks associated with product solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor the effectiveness of risk management processes.

Data Analysis:

  • Utilize data analytics to assess the performance of product solutions and provide insights for further improvement.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and technology partners, to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare regular reports on the performance of product solutions, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of solution specifications, processes, and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus; or an MBA degree. 
  • Proven experience in financial consulting, or related roles within the fintech industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial technologies, regulations, and market trends.
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques.
  • Understanding risk management principles and practices.
