Job Description

- Answer user inquiries regarding computer software operation to resolve problems. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software problems, and replace defective components when necessary. - Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data and software. - Train people in computer system use. - Maintain logs related to software functions, as well as maintenance and repair records.

Requirements

+3 years’ experience working within IT infrastructure and software configuration - Minimum B.S. in computer engineering, IT engineering, or equivalent field - Very good English skills both verbal and written - Proven skills in Help Desk/Technical Support - Knowledge of Infrastructure/Platforms, Vendor Management, and knowledge management - Certification in SQL - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Excellent interpersonal skills
