Job Description
-Answer user inquiries regarding tablet software or hardware operation to resolve problems
-Oversee the daily performance of tablets and apps
-Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support
-Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of apps, operating systems, or appropriate software
-Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software
-Back up data
-Configure security settings or access permissions for groups or individuals
-Analyze and report security or other problems
-Identify the causes of problems, using diagnostic testing software and equipment
-Document support activities
