Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain reliable, scalable, and highly available systems.
• Take ownership of the reliability, performance, and availability of production services.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in incident response and RCA.
• Develop automation and tooling to reduce operational effort and improve reliability.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to improve system performance, scalability, and production readiness.
• Contribute to CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document operational procedures and technical solutions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Software Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in a programming/scripting language such as Python, Go, PHP, C#, or Bash.
• Solid understanding of Linux, networking, distributed systems, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools and practices.
• Understanding of scalable, highly available systems and production environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
