Job Description

• Providing Training logistics including maintenance and update of training and classroom materials. • Provide support to business on conducting team building and/or any other engagement activity • To identify soft skills training needs and design and develop solution to cover the gap • To ensure soft skill training is delivered according to budget • To drive research and analysis to provide latest trends on learning method delivery which leads to change in behavioural and organizational culture • To design programs to promote and develop staff commitment and dedication to organization behavioural ethics and values. • To coordinate delivery of culture development solution • To drive Training Return on Expectation (ROE) and help staff to apply learning to their job • To design and implement process to assess and improve the impact of soft skill learning • To develop and implement plans to improve non classroom learning experience via new methods and tools • To provide monthly report of soft skill activities in details and timeously for monitoring current situation by manager • To plan and schedule annual soft skill training calendar • Provide improvement plan and execute them to influence corporate culture align with the strategy of HR • Provide and facilitate training in a creative and effective way, ensure that principles of learning are applied. • Ensure that courses and material conform to the Brand values and are in line with owners requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology or related • Fluent in English • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others • Experience working in a medium organization • Planning skills • Organizational skills • Computer skills • Project Management skills • Written and verbal communication • Train the trainer • Presentation skills • Facilitation skills • Coaching skills
