Your Role

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across multiple social media platforms. You’ll play a key role in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting our marketing and performance goals.



Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (text, visuals, videos, reels, stories)
Manage daily social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
Monitor engagement, comments, and messages and respond in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams on campaigns and launches
Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools.)
Basic understanding of paid social ads is a plus
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
