This Telecom Services Supervisor will supervise the daily support and service delivery of certain Telecom services, especially focused on operational support of all telecom equipment, ensuring that sustainment activities are being delivered appropriately as stated in below. - Experienced with installation, commissioning, integration and testing of Ericsson RBS2000 (2206, 2216, 2106, 2116, 2308, 2111, 2309) - RBS 6000(6201, 6102, 6601, 6301) - NOKIA BTS (UltraBTS, Flexi, Metro, Multi Radio) - Anritsu & Protek Site master, Bird Site Analyzer - Experienced in SWAP Projects - Experienced in transmission and MW link as well as related devices This person will also interface with peers in Ericsson Technology, and assist in managing existing vendors to ensure that issues are being resolved in a timely manner. The technical supervisor will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of services and implementation projects, as well as monitor, analyze, plan service within the Telecommunications portfolio of services. This person will act as a technical advisor to department managers, and will provide reporting of outsourced contracts and portfolio management. This person will be chiefly responsible for supervising resources in the delivery of services and performing project management for various initiatives within Telecom services. Responsibilities Supervise the delivery of Telecom services (example: cellular, radio systems, and Wi-Fi): • Responsible for the health and delivery of Telecom services, including wireless technologies (cellular, Wi-Fi, and radio systems) managed by the service delivery group. • Work with creative and technical engineering services on the design, implementation and sustaining operations of attraction and wireless infrastructure. • Receive and coordinate network integration requests from partners, vendors, and business units. • Troubleshoot complicated issues with vendors and ensure timely restoration of services. • Analyze network and communication problems related to local wired & wireless systems. • Provide supervision of technical support for users by partners and third-party vendors. • Supervises Telecom services that support business operations and special events. • Perform troubleshooting of network issues, monitor services for bugs/vulnerabilities and define process that addresses these issues. • Collaborate with vendor teams in order to deliver overall systems performance. • Perform any other duties, as may be reasonably requested by Telecom management. • Fully experienced in transmission /MW link and related
