Job Description
- As the Service/Product Designer the suitable candidate should have the skills to work closely with the technical team to create new services/products. - The process will start from ideation to prototyping to launching of new services/products. - The feedback of customers and end users should be closely followed and documented to be considered for the next product generation. - The role includes close working with miscellaneous teams to synchronize the services/products in an interoperable manner to let different services/products support one another to create a unified brand recognition among customers for service/product portfolio. - Deep knowledge of and experience in telecom industry is required. - Hand on experience of package design (Call, voice, SMS, internet) is required.
Requirements
Experience and background: - Bachelor or Master Degree. - 5 years plus experience (depending on the role) in the following industries is welcome - Telecommunication (MVNE, MVNO, VAS…) - Information Technology - Internet business (app business and monetization) - Game and entertainment industry (online/offline, gamification…) Skills needed: - Customer awareness and assimilation - Use case diagraming and User scenario - Customer need analysis - Service/Product ideation, catalogue, specification - Product market fit testing - Team leadership - Design thinking and awareness - Setting up KPIs for product department - Assisting in the process of strategy design and implementation - Working under time pressure to meet deadlines General characteristics: - Leadership skills, Communication power - Learning power and Autodidact - Hard working and Focused - Excellent problem solving - Tolerance for ambiguity - Team work General skills: - Microsoft office - Windows - Internet search - Touch typing & documentation Language : - English working knowledge speaking and writing
