After-sales, Service and installations in Iran. As the after-sales and service responsible in Iran, you will be in direct contact with our customers regarding any request they may have for service. Service and installations can vary from a few days up to a year depending on the size of the projects. You must therefore be interested in traveling a large amount of days every year. Since you will be the only representative of service in Iran, you will have a large scale of different task. Some of them are listed here: 1. Technical support by phone 2. Service and trouble shooting at customer sites 3. Installation and commissioning of new equipment 4. After sales quotations 5. Spare parts order handling 6. Supporting Danish staff during installation and commissioning of larger projects in Iran 7. Translation of correspondence and documentation 8. Maintenance of equipment at customer sites 9. Courtesy visits to our customer The main task is to give our customers in Iran a very fast and good service, which does require that you are a good technical person who takes care of all issues, mechanical as well as electrical, as a challenge. Since you will be our service representative in Iran, it is important that you have an outgoing personality with very good communication skills. Reporting to:Customer Service Manager – Denmark Travel Requirements:Large amount of travel within Iran and neighboring countries. (100 – 200 days pr.
