About Saadat Rent

Saadat Rent is an international car rental company operating across multiple markets, including the UAE, Oman, Turkey, Iran, and the United States.
We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO & GEO Specialist to manage and grow the organic performance of four international and multilingual projects.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate has strong experience in technical SEO, content strategy, international SEO, AI-powered SEO tools, and Generative Engine Optimization.

Since this role involves managing four projects simultaneously, strong communication, prioritization, project management, and stakeholder-management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute SEO strategies for multiple international websites.
Manage SEO priorities, roadmaps, and deadlines across four projects.
Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexing, site structure, page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, schema, hreflang, and internal linking.
Perform advanced keyword research for different countries, languages, and search intents.
Optimize landing pages, service pages, blog content, metadata, URLs, and internal links.
Create SEO content briefs and collaborate with content writers and marketing teams.
Develop GEO strategies to improve visibility in Google AI Overviews, AI search engines, answer platforms, and large language models.
Use AI-powered tools for research, content optimization, competitor analysis, reporting, and workflow automation.
Analyze performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
Monitor competitors, algorithm updates, international search trends, and AI-search developments.
Develop white-hat link-building and authority-building strategies.
Work closely with development, content, design, and marketing teams.
Mentor junior SEO specialists and improve internal SEO processes.

Requirements
At least 4 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.
Proven experience improving organic traffic, rankings, leads, or conversions.
Experience managing multiple SEO projects at the same time.
Strong knowledge of international and multilingual SEO.
Professional English communication skills.
Experience working on English-language or international websites is a strong advantage.
Experience using AI-powered SEO tools and automation platforms.
Understanding of GEO, AI search, entities, topical authority, and structured content.
Advanced knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams.
Strong ownership, adaptability, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in travel, tourism, automotive, mobility, or car rental industries.
Experience working with multilingual content teams and native writers.
Knowledge of Arabic, Persian, Turkish, or other languages.
Experience with local SEO, multi-location businesses, website migrations, or programmatic SEO.
Previous experience mentoring junior team members.
A degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
