Job Description
This is a Senior Hands-On Technical Position Responsible for: • Design, Configuration, Implementation, Administration and Support of VOIP Networks • Remote/On-Site Network Configuration, Installation, Setup and Troubleshooting • Configuration of LAN, WAN, VLAN, Switches and Routers • General Technical Enquiries (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and Support • Preparing Technical Proposals (LOM, LOP) in a speedy and precise manner • Mentoring, Training and Support of Sales, Technical Personnel and Customers
Requirements
• BSc. Degree in Network and Communication Engineering • Minimum 5 Years Hands-On VOIP Network experience • CCNP-Voice, CCNP-Routing and Switching Certified • Strong Analytical, Diagnosis and Decision-Making Skills • Video/Audio INTERCOM and Security Network experience is desirable • Presentable, Courteous and Confident in Customer Facing role • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills • Travel as required • Fluent in English
