Job Description

Great companies are built by great teams. We are going to hire a senior UI / UX designer, who be able to design our site and Snapp Group app projects as well. A creative, motivated, energetic, and teamwork-loving person who cares about progress and can help us to climb. What do our UI / UX designers do? ● Convert user needs in terms of appearance and functionality into a suitable user experience. ● Work with the product design team to design roadmaps and strategies. ● Continuous interaction with the product manager and developers to achieve the best implementable user experience. ● Evaluate and review the product of the development team. ● Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. ● Development and customization of a single design system for the development of different products. ● Research and design new UX prototypes with the Product Manager. ● Evaluate and review the product of the development team.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of work experience as a UX designer. ● Mastery of Figma. ● Having a detailed look for artistic design. ● Mastery of the concepts of design thinking and usability. ● Experience in design of Prototype, Wireframe, Storyboard, User Flow, and Process Flow. ● Work experience with up-to-date methods in design. ● Familiarity with the concepts of design systems. ● Having analytical skills in business. ● Criticism acceptation, patience, teamwork spirit, and strong communication skills.
