Job Description

•Main Objective: We are looking for a dynamic & experienced designer who is passionate about human experiences and problem solving to join "Nazdika" team. Someone who can collaborate with software engineers and product owner to tackle design challenges. •Main Responsibilities: -Identifying user behaviors through contextual research -Interviews and available product analytics -Creating and executing usability tests -Participate in the requirements gathering process with the Product Owner -Collaborate with team members throughout the entire design and development process -Ensure design output meets the business needs -Establish and lead UI/UX Design practices, manage process to ensure high quality delivery -Help build a road-map for a holistic user experience across company products -Participate in product internal reviews and Sprint Demos -Work on UX Design creation and output when necessary

Requirements

-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer -Excellent knowledge of User Centered Design concepts -Portfolio of web/mobile design projects including case studies and samples of work -Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Sketch and Adobe products -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) -Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation -Strong analytical attitude, ability to structure complex or undefined business problems -Familiarity with design & motion graphic process
