Job Description
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Design to create engaging and effective experiences for our customers.
- Research, create, and present product user journey maps, user task flows, interaction models, and storyboards.
- Oversee the team’s outputs and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Develop and manage user mapping as well as, user experience guidelines and acceptance criteria.
- Stay up to date with best practices and current technological improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working as a senior UX/UI designer.
- Experience with the following software: Figma/Sketch/Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Experience in Interaction Design Methods.
- Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping.
- Knowledge of using Axure RP, Balsamiq, Visio, Invision, or similar tools.
- Good time-management skills.
