Manage and oversee all aspects of IT telecommunications projects, including BSS and OSS components, ensuring successful project delivery and implementation.
Lead cross-functional project teams, set project objectives, create project plans, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders, including senior management.
Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality telecom IT solutions.
Define the implementation path of the project, allocating resources, and planning to achieve the goals.
Plan and execute projects. duties include planning, designing, executing, and monitoring every aspect of a specific project and finally closing the projects.
Develop detailed project plans to guide, staff members, and project teams and revise them based on changing needs and requirements.
Identify and assign project tasks based on the skill sets, experience, and strengths of staff members.
Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor the correct execution of tasks based on defined standards.
Develop excellent leadership, relations, and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders.
Divide the project into smaller parts during different phases.
Define and check the quality and timing of execution for different phases of the project and apply the required changes.
Meet with top management to identify project requirements, delivery timelines, and costsMonitor and manage project progress.

Requirements
Proven experience as an IT Telecommunications Project Manager in the telecommunications industry with at least 8 years of related experience.
Proven working experience in technology projects.Demonstrated expertise in project management, ideally in the IT field.
Working in telecommunications and IP/Transmission projects is a plus.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements.
Strong sense of responsibility and rigorous management attitude.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on achieving mutually beneficial results.
Capacity to plan, track, and manage several projects concurrently.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building connections and influencing at all tiers.
Project Management Professional Certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
