Job Description

-Development & Implementation of Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and ITIL etc.) based on Best Practices -Review processes, propose efficiency improvements, and implement approved process improvements -Define, measure and analyze KPIs for processes to assess process effectiveness -Producing comprehensive documents such as Process Models, Activity diagrams, Work flows

Requirements

- Minimum three/3 years of relevant experience, - Familiar with English language - Appropriate communication skills and team working abilities, - Ability to conduct tasks actively in person, - Ability in time-limited activities, - B.S. /M.S in IT or Industrial Engineering, - Knowledge and experience in Areas of management standards and frameworks, - Knowledge and experience in BPMN، BPMS، BPM، BPR, - Being able to provide methods and forms - Familiar with Organization Structure and Formation Development fundamentals, - Familiar with Methods and Systems of Improvement Systems and Enhancement of Organization Productivity, - Skills in Reporting and report preparation,
