About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Golang) for our client, an innovative technology company building high-scale products with modern distributed architectures.
In this role, you will design and build backend services that power mission-critical applications. You'll solve complex engineering challenges, contribute to architectural decisions, and develop scalable systems that support the company's next-generation of products.

Key Responsibilities
Backend Engineering
• Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code.
• Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.

System Design
• Design scalable distributed systems and backend architectures.
• Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions.
• Improve system observability, resilience, and operational stability.

Engineering Excellence
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
• Drive continuous improvements across services and development practices.
• Promote clean architecture, testing, and software quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to deliver reliable software solutions.
• Translate product requirements into scalable technical implementations.

What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in backend software development.
• Strong professional experience with Golang.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and API design.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with message brokers and asynchronous architectures.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
