Job Description

We need you to: • Develop and maintain senior level relationships within key customers to broaden awareness, understand current and emerging needs, and position Zitel as a solution leader. • Provide value added solutions to customers by understanding their current and future requirements and developing and implementing strategies to win with our products. • Develop and execute a strategic business plan that meets and exceeds revenue and profitability targets. • Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline with targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales. • Provide timely, concise, and accurate written information of account and opportunity status, plans and events. • Proactively and willingly leverage and collaborate with the Zitel Team, to include Sales, Marketing, and Product Management. • Deliver on revenue plan.

Requirements

Do not hesitate to apply if you have: • 5+ years of sales and/or or business development knowledge in managerial level and experience in networking, telecommunications, and service providers. • Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques. • Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills. • Self-motivated and ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication skill, technical knowledge, consultative selling approach • Collaborative, respectful, and team oriented demeanor and approach
