Requirements

-B.S. in Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering -Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and construction project -Familiarity with construction projects -Familiarity with project management software (Primavera, MS Projects) -Familiarity with planning and budgeting organizations regulations -Ability to prepare analytical report -Familiarity with budgeting fundamentals and ability of forecasting budgets in construction projects. -Ability of negotiation with the client and taskmasters -Ability of negotiation with the project managers and site supervisor -Enough knowledge in English language -Enough knowledge about computer skills specially Microsoft office -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 45 -Please send your resume to the attachment
