Job Description
● Visually and verbally present product solutions necessary for the enhancement of users' experience.
● Closely collaborate with IT and business teams to solve complex issues, like interaction models -and data visualization (usability, and findability).
● Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
● Design user-centered interaction models, wireframes, or screen mockups.
● Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
● Work with other designers to implement designs.
● Optimize product performance through experimentation.
● Communicate design ideas and prototypes to product owners and engineers.
● Keep up to date with competitor products and industry trends that will impact our users.
● Create user flows, personas, and user stories and combine them into directive guidelines for other designers and developers.
