Job Description
• Develop and implement the annual Culture Roadmap aligned with the People & Culture Strategy.
• Translate company values into tangible and measurable workplace behaviors.
• Manage and oversee cultural programs such as Recognition Weeks, Psychological Safety Campaigns, and Inclusion and Wellbeing initiatives.
• Analyze engagement and culture survey data to identify gaps and design targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications, L&D, and HRBP teams to execute joint projects.
• Facilitate open dialogue sessions, team workshops, and culture councils across the organization.
• Prepare analytical reports and present insights to the Director of People & Culture.
• Identify and implement global best practices in organizational culture and employee experience.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and MBA with a Strategic Management focus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in organizational development, change management, strategic planning, or cross-functional project leadership — ideally in large or complex organizations. Experience in people-related or culture-driven initiatives is a strong plus but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, proficiency in strategic reporting and performance measurement, and advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Systems thinking, strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management, adaptability, influence without authority, and professional integrity
• Fluent in English
