Job Description

- Design and implement processes, systems and procedures in order to help developing human resources and the organization as a whole - Improve and redesign performance management system customized in different departments - Define KPI and OKR and design a system in order to measure them continuously - Work on organizational maturity models - Work on promoting our culture which is aligned with our core values - Job analysis and develop competencies - Work on Recognition and Reward system

Requirements

- Have a good knowledge about organizational structure and able to optimize the teams' structures - Minimum of 3 years of HR experience specifically in organizational development - Have a proficient working knowledge and competent understanding of Human Resources management - Strong analytical skills (Excel & R) - BA/BS required, MBA/MS in human resources or related field highly desirable - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to details - Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines - Good English skills (Especially reading and writing) - Ability to manage different tasks simultaneously
