Job Description
● Drafting commercial contracts, legal letters, notices, etc. with respect to different service providers and other counterparties.
● Writing legal memos and conducting legally sound risk assessments on new projects initiated within the company.
● Liaising with governmental agencies and other relevant stakeholders when needed
● Timely identification of legal/regulatory risks and providing the business teams with pertinent legal solutions.
● Registration of companies and affiliate entities.
● Drafting and submission of General Meeting and Board of Directors’ minutes to Registration Bureau.
