We are a fast-growing startup within the Digikala group, looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Go Backend Developer to help design and build scalable services and play a key role in developing robust infrastructure for products with a large user base.

Your Role:
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang
• Design and implement scalable, reliable APIs
• Collaborate closely with Frontend, Product, and DevOps teams
• Optimize service performance for stability, speed, and scalability
• Contribute to system architecture design and technical decision-making
• Improve code quality, development standards, and team processes
• Support team growth by mentoring less experienced engineers

Requirements
• Professional experience in backend development with Go (Golang)
• Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience working with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)
• Good understanding of concurrency concepts in Go
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization concepts
• Experience with Git and team workflows

Nice to Have
• Experience with gRPC
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Experience with Redis or other caching solutions
• Experience designing high-traffic, distributed systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
