Job Description

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who can work independently, take
ownership of complex systems, and help build and maintain multiple high-impact web
projects. You will be the primary developer responsible for maintaining an existing
custom Laravel e-commerce platform, as well as developing new platforms from
scratch and other future product ideas
This is a long-term, full-time role with a strong focus on autonomy, clean code, and the
ability to deliver end-to-end solutions
Key Responsibilities
Ongoing Development & Maintenance
• Maintain, optimize, and refactor a custom Laravel e-commerce platform
• Implement new features, integrations, and improvements
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues quickly
• Ensure security best practices and data integrity
New Product Development
• Build new platforms and MVPs from scratch
• Translate simple idea descriptions into working prototypes
• Architect scalable systems for future growth
• Integrate APIs, payment systems and third-party services
• Create admin dashboards, analytics tools, and internal utilities
Frontend Development
• Implement clean, modern, responsive UIs using Vue or React
• Maintain reusable components and UI logic
• Optimize performance for fast-loading frontends
DevOps & Infrastructure
• Manage server environments (Linux, Nginx, storage, backups)
• Handle deployments (Git, CI/CD, zero-downtime updates)
• Monitor logs, uptime, performance, and database health
Collaboration & Communication
• Work directly with the founder (clear instructions, fast iteration)
• Propose technical solutions and improvements
• Plan work timelines and deliver results independently
• Maintain well-structured Git commits and documentation
Required Skills & Experience
Backend
• Expert in Laravel 8/9/10+ (5+ years experience)
• Strong knowledge of PHP 7/8, OOP, clean architecture
• MySQL (queries, indexing, optimization)
• Redis (caching, queues, rate limiting)
• REST API architecture and token-based authentication (Sanctum/JWT)
• Payment gateway integrations
• Experience building large, modular applications
Frontend
• Very good experience with Vue.js or React
• TailwindCSS / Bootstrap
• Component-based architecture
• Basic UI/UX awareness
DevOps / System
• Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) server management
• Nginx configuration
• Deployment pipelines (Git, CI/CD)
• SSL / security best practices
• Docker (basic knowledge is a plus)
General Skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving
• Strong communication and responsibility
• Ability to switch between multiple projects efficiently
• Clean code mindset (SOLID, DRY, design patterns)
• Fluent in English
Nice-to-Have Skills (Optional but Valuable)
• Experience with cryptocurrency APIs or smart contract basics
• Experience building marketplaces or freelancing platforms
• ElasticSearch or Meilisearch
• Node.js experience
• Experience with mobile PWA features
• UI/UX prototyping tools (Figma)
