Job Description

We’re looking for an inventive, smart and professional individual to join us here in PAYFA as a “Senior Front-End Developer” to transform the design and the product vision into working products and directly influence how users will interact with the system. The Front-End developer should work hard to stay on top of fast changing technology and invest a lot of energy in learning new tricks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Build applications according to the design and provide designers with feedback and suggest tradeoffs when required * Ensure the code follows latest coding practices and industry standards * Work closely with backend developers to understand and properly use the systems APIs * Write both unit and integration tests, and develop automation tools for daily tasks * Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient solutions * Perform other duties which are deemed to be an integral part of the position, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.

Requirements

Technical Experience: * Expert experience with HTML, CSS/LESS/SASS. and JavaScript, React, Git. * Experience as a frontend developer building modern JavaScript web apps or layout libraries, like React, Vue, Angular, etc. * Familiar with OOP and FP concepts in JavaScript * Mobile development experience with either native or web-to-native tooling * Understanding of RESTful APIs and how use them in practice * Ability to write effective unit, integration, and end-user automation tests * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies * Extensive experience with common front-end development tools. * Proficient in PWA standards and experience of developing PWA on production * Proficient TDD development and Test libraries for front end * Experience as a Developer on a cross-functional agile team preferred Personal Skills: * Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions * Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply * Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently * Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging tech * Wants to unleash inner self-starter and work in an environment that fosters entrepreneurial minds * Believes in culture of brutal transparency and trust * Open to learning new ideas outside scope or knowledge skill set * A spirational to become full stack or deep expert * Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.
