Job Description

•Main Objective: The Senior Financial Analyst will be an experienced accountant with excellent judgement, conceptual skills, and the ability to focus on issues of highest priority. This individual must be results oriented, energetic and possess strong communication skills. They should also be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and able to develop positive cross-functional relationships to gather information and assist with decision making •Main Responsibilities: -Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze income, balance sheet and cash flow statements, as well as other accounting statements and reports -Serve as resource for management in effecting efficiency and cost improvements -Identify and frequently implements ideas or practices for improved efficiency and/or accuracy -Develop and maintain harmonious relationships with external and internal customers including all departments and branches within the organization -Perform other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned by CEO -Identify and analyze budget variances and collaborate with managers to resolve issues -Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to various divisional teams
