Job Description

- Managing, Dealing and building relationships with the existing and potential customers and distributors commercially and technically. - New business development through market research and meetings with potential foreign business partners. - Contribute to market intelligence strategic and conceptual work, identify and permanently monitor and report market potential. - Being responsible in operative and strategic planning by using export management templates and tools. - Provide accurate sales budget, forecasts and visit reports, supporting efficient planning of products and services - Be the bridge between customers and related internal units (R&D, Planning, Logistics and etc) - Develop and maintain customer profiles, concepts and account plans. - Optimize products and customer portfolios considering local complexity and trends; seek for product applications in new areas. - Apply the overall sales process, aiming to meet or exceed the sales targets and optimize profit and market shares regionally. - Monitor the market and maintain market analysis & competitor profiles. Reporting to: CEO

Requirements

Educational Degree: Minimum Master Degree in Business Administration or Electrical engineering. - Minimum 10 years’ experience in Electrical industry in Iran. - Fluent in English - Proficiency in Windows and MS Office applications - Strong managerial & communication skills and team-working capability - Ability to collaborate for organizational targets - Ability to learn quickly, embrace change, overcome obstacles - Strong interpersonal skills -Able to travel across Tehran and outside the country Key Demographic Requirements - applicants must be: Based in Tehran Fluent in English
