Job Description

- Objective of the role: Design and lead the business development plan, leading the financial sustainability plan and keeping the startup on the technology edge.. List of responsibilities: - Design and manage a business development plan to a) connect with startups in order to provide internship and job opportunities for the trainees b) connect with prominent IT companies to engage their CSR in supporting Karyar mission c) plan fundraising strategies - Manage the implementation of the service delivery platform - Manage the Implementation of data-based management systems to increase the effectiveness of activities - Work closely with the CEO and board to ensure the implementation of the operational plan. - Reporting to: CEO and the Board. - Length of Probation Period: 2 Month.
