Job Description
• Act as personal assistant to key directors • Oversee running of office area. Ensuring that all facilities are functional, atmosphere is positive and without issue. • Manage schedules for directors including fixing meetings and coordinating activities • Arrange domestic and international transport • Preparing reports in structured presentable formats that are easy to understand • Maintaining databases such as contacts, legal documents, etc • Conducting multiple tasks of different priorities within tight deadlines • Basic translation work
Requirements
• Absolute discretion and privacy • Fully fluent in English and Persian • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work • Above average computer skills. Particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • 4+ Years of directly related experience • Ability to follow tasks diligently until results are achieved • Excellent time management • Bachelor's degree • Professional and team orientated outlook • Positive attitude
