Job Description
• Act as personal assistant to key directors
• Oversee running of office area. Ensuring that all facilities are functional, atmosphere is positive and without issue.
• Manage schedules for directors including fixing meetings and coordinating activities
• Arrange domestic and international transport
• Preparing reports in structured presentable formats that are easy to understand
• Maintaining databases such as contacts, legal documents, etc
• Conducting multiple tasks of different priorities within tight deadlines
• Basic translation work
