We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and responsible Senior DevOps Engineer to play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining our infrastructure platform while driving our software delivery and operational processes toward full automation.

The team collaborates closely with software engineers, QA engineers, and infrastructure specialists to build reliable, scalable, and secure platforms.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain development, testing, and operational infrastructure
• Design, deploy, operate, and maintain Kubernetes clusters throughout their lifecycle
• Design and implement CI/CD infrastructure using GitLab CI and ArgoCD based on GitOps principles, aimed at fully automating the process from build to deployment
• Design, implement, and maintain centralized logging infrastructure based on the ELK Stack
• Set up, configure, and maintain Nexus Repository for artifact and package management (including Docker, Maven, npm, and PyPI)
• Manage and maintain services with Docker and Docker Compose, and package applications with Helm Charts
• Automate configuration and deployment processes with Ansible
• Develop operational scripts with Bash to automate repetitive tasks
• Manage code repositories with Git, including branching, merging, and release management
• Manage Linux servers, including security hardening, resource optimization, and infrastructure troubleshooting
• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Produce technical documentation and define deployment and maintenance standards for services
• Contribute to the design of scalable, resilient, and highly available architectures

Required Skills:
• Strong Linux system administration skills and a solid understanding of networking concepts.
• Solid, hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including cluster deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency with Docker and Docker Compose
• Experience with Helm for packaging and managing applications on Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining pipelines in GitLab CI
• Hands-on experience with ArgoCD and GitOps principles for continuous delivery
• Hands-on experience with Sonatype Nexus Repository, including setup, configuration, access management, and backup
• Proficiency with Ansible for configuration management and infrastructure as code
• Ability to write Bash scripts for process automation
• Experience deploying and maintaining the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or similar tools
• Strong command of Git, including branching, merging, and release management
• Ability to work with reverse proxies and load balancers such as Nginx
• Familiarity with infrastructure security principles, access management, and secrets management
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in DevOps or infrastructure

Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Experience implementing high availability and disaster recovery
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, MinIO, and message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Experience with technical leadership and defining DevOps standards for a team
