Job Description

GfK Iran Senior Client Service Executive is the product and market expert on a well-defined list of product categories and carries responsibility over the entire quality of the product categories looked after. To ensure these outcomes, he/she is integral to all aspects of the research process, from sales support through analysis and report writing. Within this role, the Senior CSE shall be responsible for client management activities including identifying opportunities to broaden GfK’s penetration into the client’s business. The Senior Client Services Executive is composed of managerial responsibilities Main responsibilities: •Manages, forecasts and achieves the revenue budget for a set list of clients • Is responsible for defined clients within an Industry in the country and to ensure global and local standards within area of responsibility • Handles business relationship issues for a set list of clients (timing, quality, and price), contract management, and new business opportunity • Manages small projects through all steps from inception to sale / delivery to client • Creates impactful reports with detailed and meaningful insights/commentary; presentation of data and insights internally and externally; analysis of data using a variety of tools • Responsible for client/retail management activities in the country including identifying opportunities to broaden GfK’s penetration into the client’s business, • Revenue Generation – Responsible for identifying and developing business within the country • Might have management responsibility for / coordinates small team of Client Service Executive Level 1s

Requirements

Technical skills: • Advanced in MS Office • Expert knowledge of Marketing Research and methodologies • Knowledge in statistics • Expert level in English • Expert in analysis (qualitative and quantitative) • Basic in Fact Based Consultancy / Story Telling / Negotiation & Influencing • Advanced presentation skills • Advanced in Project Management • Expert knowledge of proposal preparations • Basic management’s skills • Basic knowledge in contract management Preferred work experience: • Work experience in various Marketing Research studies, in different stages from operations to client-facing meetings • Typically at a minimum 3 years of work experience in marketing research / marketing environment
