Job Description
-Responsible for yearend closing and submitting Annual tax return and following up full assessment procedure with Tax authorities and participating in dispute resolution boards till receiving the final assessment note
-Oversee company contracts from financial perspective e.g. tax and SSO deduction
-Following up receivables with company clients
-Responsible for receiving SSO clearance for company contracts
-Handling financial projects e.g. accounting projects, due diligence or any other projects
-Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations including regular overlook on account balances for appropriate cleaning & analysis
-Responsible for the timely payment of salaries, expenses and allowances to the employees in addition to taxes, insurance and other government obligations and reporting on the same.
-To be up-to-date with the latest developments in the rules and regulations related to the finance sector
-Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements or other managerial reports
-Produce daily and monthly cash flows comparing budgeted costs to actual costs as well as predicting future revenues and financial commitments to plan ahead and prepare accordingly
-Evaluate accounting systems, procedures and practices and make appropriate recommendations for modifications and improvements.
-Responsible for the timely monthly tax and SSO lists submission
-Responsible for employment contracts preparation
-Responsible for the timely VAT and seasonal sales and purchase reports submission
