Job Description
- Has at least a good command on: Business plan, Feasibility study, R&D concepts. Financial, trade and regulatory knowledge is a plus. - Prepares and Conducts presentations as needed. - Prepares technical reports, and benchmarking of related companies. - Analyses local, national, regional and global pharmaceutical market - Monitors and reports crucial pharmacologic alterations at national and international level - Collaborates with managers to develop scientific information; also shares relevant information related to pharmaceutical plans - Actively monitors competitor activities and reports them directly - Identifies and reports potential partners - Stays up-to-date on product and disease categories under his/her responsibility. - Participates as trainer for his/her colleagues if assigned - Complies with Barkat Islamic principles and internal laws and to defend company interests. Nevertheless as a requirement of the business ethics; to defend the confidentiality of company, business plans, ideas and strategies against third parties.
Requirements
- At least MSc in one of the following fields: Pharmacy, pharmacoeconomy, pharmaceutical engineering, industrial engineering ,MBA, finance/economy/accounting - At least 5 Years of experience in related field. - Maximum age 40 years - Market and business understanding - Demonstrates interpersonal skills - Works with pleasant and collaborative behavior - Manages diverse relationships - Demonstrates presentation and training skills in a variety of settings - Theoretically and practically skilled in his/her field of study - Skilled in verbal and written communication - Proficiency in Microsoft Office package - Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Good priority management and high standards on deliverables - Flexible to handle a multi-tasked job - Fast and prompt
