Job Description

We are looking for an experienced senior business process systems analyst to join our team and develop solutions to improve our business processes and efficiencies. An ideal candidate is experienced in working with a process architecture framework, with Business Process Management (BPM) and process modeling best practices and tools. In addition, a candidate should be a comfortable designing process that includes operational and system-based activities within an Agile framework. Role description: ● Lead process architecture and discovery and present planning proposals to business leaders. ● Document process information using visual diagrams (process models), and maintain the organization’s process map. ● Analyze As-Is and future-state process models to develop the strategy/plan for change. ● Research/reuse industry-best practices to plan re-engineering projects. ● Coordinate and drive process deployment projects including Business System change. ● Communicate on both technical and non-technical levels to all levels of staff and management. ● Influence and guide business leaders to achieve objectives with process-centric planning. ● Lead and facilitate high and mid-level Business Process design workshops for technology-based programs including discovery interviews & identification of process structures in the design. ● Communicate on both technical and non-technical levels to all levels of staff and management. ● Continually capture and align business leaders on the process as solutions are developed. ● Work with customers as well as internal teams to clearly define and document project scope, requirements, and integration points as they relate to solution implementation.
