Job Description

● Responsible for identifying areas of improvement and concerns in business operational areas and providing appropriate strategies to resolve them. ● Responsible for the development and implementation of performance metrics to improve business operational efficiency. ● Responsible for the analysis of business problems to identify the root causes and recommend corrective actions. ● Provide documentation for identified problems, definitions, and procedures for solving them. ● Monitor business performance and generate performance reports to management. ● Work jointly with department heads and analysts to define KPIs and reports that will be used to measure performance and drive decisions in each department company-wide. ● Develop a solid understanding of the business, the contribution of each department, and the metrics that drive revenue performance. ● Prepare revenue and performance forecasts using inputs from sales and accounting. ● Identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks within the business. ● Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities. ● Evaluate the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met. ● Communicate ideas and viewpoints to senior management. ● Create periodic performance reports. ● Develop and implement performance metrics that contribute to performance monitoring and business success.
