Job Description

- Review and reconcile accounts payable and receivables - Reconcile the Bank Accounts - Reconcile the Contractors and Clients accounts - Perform project cost allocating, budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and control - Prepare the Tax seasonal report. (VAT, 169) - Posting accounting voucher - Responsible for submitting information to the internal and external auditors, as required - Control all accounting documents, invoices - Ensures billing is performed in compliance with contracts and identifies discrepancies - Prepares and analyses timely and accurate financial reports - Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. - Reconcile vendor accounts - Prepare regular accounting reports - Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information - Document financial transactions by entering account information - Prepare monthly & needed management reports & balance sheet - Prepare and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information - Capable to prepare all financial report to management

Requirements

- At least 5 years’ experience as accountant, At least bachelor, Tehran resident, 25-35 age - Active Listening, Judgment and Decision Making, Problem Solving capability, Time Management, Problem Sensitivity, Familiar with English language. Accounting software: Sepidar . - Ability to work under pressure, attention to details, Team spirit and flexible - Proficient in accounting and tax affairs, insurance and contracting. Excellent in Microsoft office; - Mastering Seasonal Reporting – VAT - Proficiency in Payroll Accounting, Warehouse, Sales, salary&wages,loans,orders,cost accounting,depreciation, financial statement & Tax return - Ability to prepare financial reports - Ability to record operations in law offices - Full knowledge of Excel accounting - Full knowledge of accounting standards - Full familiarity with the rules of the Labor Office - Full knowledge of the rules of the insurance office - Full familiarity with the rules of the tax office - All kind of financial reports to management - Being responsible - Eager to achieve targets - Self-motivated - Multi task capability - Attention to detail & high-level precision in working - At least Pre-Intermediate proficiency in English Language
