Job Description
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
- Assist in monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts, and provide insightful commentary to Managing Director.
- Preparing VAT reports, seasonal reports, and declaration forms, internal & external reports
- Closely involved in preparing state quarterly and annual statements by assembling data.
- Introduction to Accounting Standards
- Complete familiarity with financial statements and analyze it.
- Deal with internal, tax and insurance auditors.
- Responsible for routine accounting activities
- Process payroll, ensuring employee salary records are up to date.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze accounts, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
