Job Description

• Run regular costing and forecasting cycles with accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Perform month-end actual costing, reconcile results against forecasts, and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
• Prepare, forecast, and oversee the supply chain indirect budget; monitor performance against forecast and ensure robust cost control.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement and Planning teams to validate assumptions and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Support annual negotiations with third-party manufacturers by calculating conversion costs, preparing negotiation packs, and providing insightful analysis.
• Continuously analyze third-party P&L performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Drive process improvements in costing, forecasting, and reporting to increase efficiency, transparency, and reliability.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related fields.
• 5 years of work experience in cost accounting or a related field.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Excel.
