We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior Account Manager to join our client’s growing commercial team in the technology industry. This role is responsible for managing strategic client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction through proactive communication, commercial insight, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Senior Account Manager will play a key role in strengthening client partnerships, supporting revenue expansion, and delivering a seamless customer experience across all assigned accounts. The successful candidate will contribute to sustainable business growth by identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high standards of account management and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Relationships
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts with a strong focus on retention, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnership.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure a responsive, professional, and value-driven client experience.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, decision-makers, and key client contacts across multiple accounts.
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business priorities and translate their needs into practical and effective solutions.

Commercial Growth & Strategic Development
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and business growth opportunities.
Identify, qualify, and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Support account renewals, revenue expansion initiatives, and long-term commercial growth strategies.
Lead regular account reviews, performance discussions, and follow-up meetings to ensure alignment and continued client satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate closely with sales, operations, customer success, product, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
Monitor account performance and provide timely updates, forecasts, and reports to internal leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain organized account documentation, communication records, and commercial insights.
Ensure consistent follow-up, strong ownership, and effective execution across all client interactions.

What You Bring
Proven senior-level experience in account management, key account management, customer success or B2B commercial roles.
Strong experience managing strategic accounts and building long-term relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
Hands-on experience driving account growth through retention, renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion initiatives.
Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver client solutions and resolve challenges effectively.
Experience with CRM platforms, account reporting tools, or customer success systems.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, especially in international and client-facing environments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Results-driven mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
