POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Security Architect to own the design, governance, and evolution of security architecture across platforms, systems, and infrastructure.
This role requires deep systems-level thinking across application security, infrastructure security, data protection, and identity systems. You will define security standards, guide engineering teams, and ensure that security is embedded into system design—not added as an afterthought.

This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution while maintaining strong collaboration across engineering and leadership teams.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Define and evolve end-to-end security architecture across systems and platforms
• Lead security design decisions across applications, infrastructure, and data layers
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Engineering Managers to embed security into system design
• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies at architecture level
• Establish security standards, patterns, and best practices across teams
• Review system designs and implementations from a security perspective
• Guide secure integration of third-party services and external systems
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, and system resilience

SKILLS

Security Architecture
• Deep experience designing secure architectures for complex distributed systems
• Strong understanding of application, infrastructure, and data security
• Experience with threat modeling and risk assessment frameworks

Systems & Infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, network security, and identity systems
• Experience with zero-trust architectures and secure system design patterns
• Understanding of scalability and performance trade-offs in secure systems

Governance & Standards
• Ability to define and enforce security standards across engineering teams
• Experience with compliance frameworks and security best practices
• Strong documentation and architectural communication skills

Leadership & Execution
• Ownership of long-term security architecture strategy
• Ability to influence senior engineers and technical leadership
• Clear communication of security risks and trade-offs to stakeholders
