Job Description
Objective: The secretary would be responsible for the efficient coordination of all elements of the showroom operations, personnel, back office and … to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Main responsibilities:
Provide a complete secretarial and administrative service to top management team,
To operate office equipment, Using computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management and other applications,
To answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals,
Organizing and storing paperwork documents and computer-based information,
To set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other material,
Make travel, accommodation and visa arrangements,
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems and performing basic bookkeeping work,
To greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs,
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management & staff,
Undertake other special assignments, related administrative duties as and when required
