• Follow up all the tasks assigned by the CEO and report the results immediately. • Arranging, Managing and organizing CEO daily, weekly and monthly schedule. • Arranging appointments, meetings, booking hotels for managers. • Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. • Manage all incoming and outgoing (meetings, email, letters, packages, etc.) • Use computers for various applications, such as database management, typing, word processing, excel, data entering, PowerPoint preparation, getting information from Internet, Googling and searching. • Answer phone and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Preferably a university degree from reputable universities in related fields - At least 3 years of experience in the same field - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Excellent Organization Skills - Great sense of teamwork, collaboration and helpfulness - High level of understanding, consideration and flexibility - Excellent prioritizing and planning skills - English language proficiency (Written and Spoken) - Good command of MS Office (Especially Excel and Word) - Excellent attention to detail and accurate working - Multitasking capabilities
